WHITE BOXERS!

1.White boxers are not born sickly!
I know, we've had our share of white puppies.

2.White boxers are not rare! There are more white boxers out there than you   know. A lot of white boxers are just not being registered, and just placed in loving homes. Improperly bred dogs are often advertised in the local papers or on the Internet as "rare" or "hard to find".
Any one who says that is full of malarkey.

.AKC will register a white boxer!
All boxers should be counted for! That’s the way I feel,
this don't mean breed them, just count them too!

This is Rhetorical question >> but how many people have pet AKC colored puppies that  they can't breed can't show that are limited on there AKC papers? So there for the AKC papers do nothing more than tell you the lines that your boxer came from. for for telling you you have a pure breed boxer.
so if the colored boxers are pets and the white boxers are pet, I don't see any reason not to register them.

4.About 20% of boxers births are white. It’s what you have to expect with people wanting flashy puppies. This is putting two flashy dogs to gather. And of that 20%, only about 12% are deaf or blind. But there are brindle and fawn boxers that are blind and deaf also.
The "white" gene comes from the flashy gene in Boxers, which is a recessive gene. So, you have to have two dominant Boxers to produce the flashy puppy!

5.White boxers are not albinos. If they have pigment. Any small spot on their body, brindle or fawn. They’re not albino.
Albino's are rare, if they ever exist, but they too should not be breeding animals.
Now if your boxer is all white, no color on the body anywhere at all! And has a pink nose and pink around the eyes this is an Albino.

7. Deaf boxers are easily trained to read sign language.
Dogs of any kind are only as dumb as the owner lets them be.
ALL dogs should be dually trained in case of deafness at an elderly age.
It will help you to still be able to communicate with your pet. it's also a good idea to train with hand signals from an early age. for any dog.

8.White Boxers can be registered. Reputable/Responsible breeders will require a spay/neuter on these puppies and will give them a limited registration so they can compete in AKC events such as agility and obedience. If it is going to be a pet only, then no papers will be given. And a lot of breeders are just not registering them period.
BUT on the other hand most boxer should be spayed if they are being sold as a pet. IF the new owner says they are buying it as a pet, it should not be a problem for them to agree to have there new PET spayed!

9.White boxers make excellent pet quality pets,  loving other animals and children the same as any other boxer. And have some of the softest fur.

10.Although they can't be shown in the conformation ring. They can be shown in Agility and Obedience, and do quite well... if trained properly. Just like any other color.

11.White boxers can live a healthy and productive life; the same as there litter mates of color.

12.Many stud owners make the dam owners sign a contract
That all whites will be put down at birth. Before they will agree to breed.
These people should have been put down at birth.
This is however coming out of favor, due to the inhumane treatment of it.
*
and because a club is now saying it is okay to register them. which is sad, the club never said to put them down, but with a lot of breeders they feel if they can't register them then can can make the bigger cash on them, so they get rid of them so the puppies that are worth more have a bigger milk supply. *culling*
keep your eye open for these people they will say O ' well we have never had a white puppy,,,, or they never did until the club change.. kind of odd hua?

13 Many breeders just take it upon themselves to put down white pups at birth.
(I FIND THIS VERY SICK! AND APPALLING!)

15.I know I have already said it but there’s so much more,
 white boxers are 'NOT RARE'?
Yet unscrupulous breeders, Backyard breeders, and puppy millers, and Even some pet stores. Bill them as such and add a hefty price tag!
Most pet stores get there puppies from puppy mills or dog traders or brokers. These puppies are usually known for having problems later in life, and DEFINITELY should be spayed or neutered.
Any REPUTABLE breeder would not sell to a broker or pet store!
Flashy or Plain, White, Fawn, Brindle. A pet puppy is a pet puppy.

16.White Boxers suffer the same Illnesses that fawns and Brindles do. And brindles and fawns can suffer the same as whites.

Due to peoples lack of thought processes before they breed.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE; from me,
White Boxers should not be bred. You should not intentionally breed for white puppies. While white Boxers can be just as healthy as their colored littermates, there chance of having a problems are higher some may say.
I myself have not seen this to be true. I have owned boxers for over 20 years, and I can not say that this statement is true. I have only had one to date deaf boxer. and she is still alive and doing very well today. And is a working dog!
for a man who is 75% deaf him self!

Some may  have a tendency to be more sensitive to the sunlight. But not all of them are, sensitive to sunlight. But regardless I would not leave any boxer out in the sun all day no matter what color.
I should say that they  do not meet the breed Standard due to their color.
They have the same personalities as any other Boxer. But due to the genetics’ and genes they carry. There can be problems that they can pass on to their  puppies if they are breed!!
Lots of white boxer puppies and dogs look to have all the right stuff, please read the fallowing.
It’s a true story.

What I find funny is it seems to me people ask all kinds of questions. But really are just hoping to get enough approval on what they already no people disagree so highly on. The problem here is that the people give the okay for things that don’t matter. Or just don’t know any better. And don’t realize how bad they are hurting the breed. If they have not studies the history of what they are saying with the proof of there studies then I don’t see how I could fallow what they are saying.

Do not allow yourself to become a victim of dishonest and unethical behavior!
Do you homework. ASK questions.
